M&M Biscuits!
Ingredients:
60g Butter, softened
1/3 Cup of Caster Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup of Self-raising flour
1/2 x 160g Packet of M&M's

Method:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 200oC / 180oC fan-forced. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract for three minutes or until fluffy. Add oil and flour. Using a wooden spoon, stir to form a soft dough.
Step 3. Using one level teaspoon mixture at a time, roll into 40 balls. Place balls, 3cm apart, on prepared tray. Flatten slightly. Gently press three M&M's onto each biscuit.
Step 4. Bake, one tray at a time, for 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on trays. Serve with a nice cup of tea or coffee. (Or your own preference like milo)

Choc-Topped Crunchy Slice!
Ingredients:
3 x 65g Mars Bars, chopped
90g Butter
3 Cups of Rice Bubbles
Topping:
200g Milk Chocolate, chopped
30g Butter

Method:
Step 1. Grease a 19cm x 29cm lamington or slice pan.
Step 2. Combine mars bars and butter in a large sauce pan, stir constantly over low heat wthout boiling until mixture is smooth; take off heat and stir in rice bubbles.
Step 3. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
Step 4. (Topping) Melt chocolate and butter in pan over hot water; stir until smooth.
 Step 5. Spread topping over rice bubbles mixture. Refrigerate until set before cutting.
