Breakfast: 9:15am
Today I was in a hurry so I had a bowl of microwave instant porridge. It was a golden syrup flavour. I topped it with half a banana and a pinch of cinnamon because I can't help myself. I also had a mug of coffee.
Lunch: 12:25pm
For lunch, I had leftovers from what I made yesterday. It was one of those one pot wonders where you cook your pasta in the pot with everything. Mine was made with Dinosaur pasta, beef stock, bacon, can of diced tomatoes, a handful of beans, two small onions sliced and two cloves of garlic. Served with some grated cheese on top. I also had a glass of water to wash it all down.
Snack: 3:45pm
I was feeling peckish this afternoon so I had a mandarin and a mug of coffee, which is half drunk in this picture. I enjoyed this seed filled mandarin while putting together a new bookshelf cupboard that I got for my new office. W@hich there will be a video on in a couple weeks.
Tea: 6:30pm
Yesterday I marinated some sliced chicken we had in a red wine and garlic marinade that I purchased. I cooked it today and served it on top of a bed of rice with some peas, beans, and some green and white trees. It was rather filling. I had a glass of Snow Drop to wash it down.
Dessert: 7:30pm
I needed a little pick me up of sweetness so I made a quick batch of chocolate mousse. The recipe I use is one IU got off of the My Cupcake Addiction Website. It's her two ingredient mousse. It's delicious.
Except of course my picture didn't work and I've eaten my mousse so no picture, sorry.
