Breakfast: 9:50am.
Breakfast today included a cappuccino with a lot of choco topping just the way I like it and two slices of bread, one with promite and the other cheddar cheese spread. I actually lost half of one of my slices, Michael stole it.
Lunch: 12:30pm.
We popped out just before lunch to run an errand and we grabbed a cappuccino each from hungry Jacks. When we got back we had a sandwich each with tomato, ham, cheese, cucumber and mayonnaise. I love me a good sandish sandwich.
Afternoon Snack: 2:30pm.
This afternoon I was feeling a bit peckish so I cut up a pear and kiwi fruit into slices. Then to wash it down a glass of iced coffee. Yum, Yum, Yum.
Tea: 6:00pm.
It was just me for tea tonight so I made some scrambled eggs, with tomato and bacon. I also used some cream instead of milk and some basil herbs for extra presentation. I served it on some toast with mashed avocado, and a drizzle of spicey red sauce on top.
Elevenses: 9:30pm.

It was cold this evening so I had a mug of milo which I used to have all the time when I was going to school. I also had a couple lamington fingers. They are like normal lamingtons but in finger form for easier eating. Yum.
