5 ways With Toast

Today I am introducing a new series I'm starting called "5 Ways With". I am picking something, this week it's Toast and showing you 5 different ways you can use or enjoy it.
Toast, as you know, is bread but lightly browned (or for some people closer to black.) Everyone has a set way of eating their toast whether it be in the morning for breakfast or late at night for a snack. Some people get stuck in a rut eating it the same way every time, I know I have with my promite. Today I am going to share with you some different ways you can enjoy your toast with a bit of variety.
1.
Toast with a light coat of butter then add a layer of sliced tomato a bit of grated cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. This is basically a cheats variation of bruschetta that I first made a couple of years ago.

Get your toast, add some mashed avocado then some sliced tomato and grated cheese. Plus it's got a nice colour contrast.

For those people who like to have eggs in the morning. Try boiling them and slicing them to put on your toast then add salt and pepper to taste. I usually have a pinch of Himalayan Pink salt on mine.

This is one I learnt from my Dad, it's more for the sweet tooth out there. Slicing banana put it on your lightly buttered toast the add a sprinkle of sugar. There you have a sweet option for your toast.

This one I got from my Mum, she likes nice and simple toast. She just adds a slice of cheese to her toast and she is happy. Simple but effective.
