Breakfast:
Today I had my cereal that has peanuts and other bits and pieces in. Accompanied with natural yoghurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

Lunch:
We went shopping today lunch was late and I couldn't be bothered making something so we got Subway.
I had a foot-long Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, with teriyaki chicken. With lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, carrot and mayonnaise. I also got a large drink with half coke, half raspberry and a bit of lemon. It's a good mix. 

Tea:
We went healthy for tea. I cooked up some chicken burger meat cut up some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, cheese and red onion. Served on a spinach and herb wrap spread with mayonnaise.

Snack / Elevenses:
After a day of salad and healthy thing's I wanted some sugar. So I had a cinnamon donut heated and a glass of iced coffee.
