Foodie Friday!!

20 Sleeps To Go!!

Breakfast:
Went all out for breakfast today. Marvel (my kitty) woke me up by opening the blind by trying to climb it at about 7:30 am. I was up for food yet so I just had a cup of coffee to start with. So exciting. Then a little while later I had a bowl of my Iron cereal with all the bits it has in it. With the last of my blueberry yoghurt. (I'm sure there was more yoghurt than cereal) Then I added half of a banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon to top it off. I also had another cup of coffee, which I didn't end up finishing.
Starting yesterday, I have started basically walking around with a 1-litre bottle of water, as it is getting much hotter over here in Aussie land. I forget to drink water so I decide that I must at least drink a litre of water a day. If I don't my lips tend to dry out more than they do in winter. So yay water.

Lunch:
I wanted something that wasn't hot but would also be tasty and easy. So I got out the sliced pickled onions, bread and butter pickles, sundried tomatoes, cucumber and cheese. I put them on top of some salada and rice cakes. They were actually much better than I expected and I wanted more. Instead I had a bowl of ice cream, with caramel topping, the other half of my banana and sprinkles!! Served with a can of lemon squash.

Tea:
Tonight I am off to Port Augusta for their Christmas pageant. I've never been and when my Dad asked if I wanted to go, of course, I said yes. The difference between theses and ours is that it is at night time. Our pageant is during the day where theirs is at night. I've never been to a night one before so I'm excited. But because of that I am not going to be able to tell you about what I am eating for tea. We are also going to being having Chinese for tea.
If I remember I will take a picture and put it up on my twitter.

In case, you don't know my twitter is @LildredMay if you would like to give me a little bit of a follow. I follow most people back. ^_^

P.S. As I am writing this I am listening to Bucko and Champs Aussie Christmas songs. They are my favourite Christmas songs to listen to as they actually are for Australia instead of ones where they sing;
"I'm dreaming of a white Christmas"
we have our Christmas in the summer so that doesn't really apply to us here. Doesn't meant I still don't listen to them, hehe.

I hope you enjoyed have a wonderful weekend!!
Bye!! xx
